Mohair Craft wishes to offer you the best service available. We pride ourselves on the customer service we can provide and would like to hear any comments you have.

Order Processing

We aim to have all orders processed and sent within three days of receiving payment.

 

Delivery

New Zealand Delivery Time:
North Island: 2-3 working days
South Island: 2-4 working day
International- all orders are sent via Airmail unless requested otherwise.
Worldwide: 3-10 working days

Delivery prices will be shown during the ordering process before payment is requested.

Christmas- items can experience delays from the 15th until the 26th of December.

REFUND POLICY

If any of our goods are faulty or have manufacturer defects (Not including discounted items)
We guarantee you a 100% refund within 30 days.

You can also exchange any product or receive a voucher to the same value within 14 days of
purchase if it is not suitable.
